Award Process:

·        Ballots will be given to each registered attendee to vote for his or her favorite motors in 8 categories.

·        Motors competing for the awards must be identified by model and serial numbers during the meet registration process and identified with numbered and color-coded paper plates so voters can easily identify the competing candidates in each category.

·        Only Chapter members are eligible to compete for awards.

·        No more than two motors can be registered for any given meet.

·        Ballots should be filled out completely and returned to the designated ballot box before NOON.

·        A winning (1st-Place) motor is not eligible again to win the same award for 4 years hence.

·        No member can win more than three 1st-Place awards per year.

·        The Meet Operations Chairperson will tally up the votes to determine the winners for a meet.

·        Winners will be announced in the afternoon of the meet but awards will NOT be given out to enable engraving medallions and filling out cards on backs of ribbons.

·        Awards will be presented at the next meet or mailed to the recipient if he or she is not in attendance at the next meet.
