who was the manager of the printing department at Oliver. He said that the Oliver
Outboard Operators Manual was the hardest thing he ever had to do. Oliver came to
him and told him that they wanted the manual made out of a paper that was water proof and
mouse proof since it would be thrown in a tool box in a boat. He finally found paper
that would meet their requirements but since it was water proof ... it was also ink proof.
He said they had a terrible time printing that thing..."
